Ryan Stetz grew up in DuBois, PA on what is known as Polock Hill! Artistic and creative have always been characteristics he’s been pleased to be associated with. Taking those skills and adding in the entrepreneurial virtues bestowed in him by his grandma (who had her own hair salon on Polock Hill) and parents (started their own wedding decorating business), he’s looking to add a new and exciting chapter to his life, one that he’s always been writing in the back of his head.

Stetz began his college career at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg. He graduated from UPG in the winter of 2006 with a bachelor of Science in Psychology. After weighing his options of getting a masters or going in another direction, he decided to follow his heart and see where his creativity could take him. So he traveled a few miles west and began attending the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and in December of 2008, graduated with an associate degree in graphic design, after winning “Best in Show” at portfolio review.

After graduation, Stetz began doing freelance as a graphic designer. For years he has had the privilege of working with a vast array of clients. He has worked with small start up companies to larger clients such as the US Women’s Open to a production company owned by a former NBA All Star, where he worked on a documentary film, as a graphic designer and video editor.

An opportunity presented itself in February of 2012, which landed Stetz his first corporate job. He became the Graphic Designer for Paul C. Rizzo Associates, Inc.; a worldwide engineering firm headquartered in Monroeville. After two years, he was promoted to Sr. Marketing Specialist, Communications. At RIZZO, Stetz was in charge of all marketing materials, social media outlets, conference planning and corporate branding. From late 2014 to early 2015, he oversaw the complete rebranding of the company going from Paul C. Rizzo Associates, Inc. to RIZZO Associates.

Now he’s taking everything to the next level. As creative genius and partner at 232 Creative, Stetz is excited to help companies with all their creative needs, from brand identity to promotional videos! If there’s one thing he wholeheartedly enjoys, it’s creating any kind of piece that inspires and motivates people.
